Modern Hardware had the great pleasure of partnering with Celebrity Builders and CVI Design on a beautiful new custom home for the Spring 2024 Parade of Homes. Below is an overview of the project, alongside photos of the new build.

Celebrity Builders, LLC, established in 2003, exists to construct custom homes that meet the needs and lifestyle of their clients. About the Home
Clean and contemporary, this California Modern home blends classic design with a laid-back, sophisticated aesthetic. Stepping through the 10 foot tall white oak front door, you’ll be greeted by soaring 12’ ceilings creating an atmosphere of grandeur. Designed for seamless indoor/outdoor living, this home boasts expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and offers stunning views of Spring Lake.
