Shipping and Returns
Thank you for being our customer! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to address your concerns. We accept returns on items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for full a full refund, excluding shipping costs, in most cases. Items must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided by us, and the cost will be deducted from the return amount. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product(s). At our discretion, some items may be returned for partial, or in-store credit. Special order items, keyed items, and items that ship directly from manufacturers may be issued a 20% re-stocking fee. Custom ordered items, including cut-to-size items, are non-returnable.
We will fully refund (including shipping costs) for any returns that are a result of our error.

All orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping via UPS ground. In-stock orders received before 11AM will ship the same business day, orders received after 11AM will ship the next business day. In the event an item is on backorder, we will notify you of lead time. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer.
