Shipping and Returns
Our standard shipping methods are UPS ground and USPS Priority. A tracking number will be provided once an item is shipped. In-stock orders received before 11AM will ship the same business day, orders received after 11AM will ship the next business day. In the event an item is on backorder, we will notify you of lead time. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. We do not currently ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, or California. To prevent fraud, orders over $100.00 should be shipped to the billing address in most circumstances and may require a signature from the shipping company. All orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping. Items shipped for free may be sent via UPS or USPS at our discretion. A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has shipped. In the event of backordered items, orders that qualify for free shipping will only ship once the order is complete.
We offer local delivery to a 60 mile radius from our store for a $10 delivery charge on all orders. Typically orders will be delivered within 3 business days of the order being placed. Please contact us if you need to schedule a specific delivery time.
Free Next Day Delivery
Free next day delivery is available to residents of Grand Rapids and East Grand Rapids on any order over $25. Orders made on Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Monday.
Parking Lot Pickup
Parking lot pickup orders are typically pulled and ready for pickup within 15 minutes of ordering. You will be emailed once your order is ready for pickup and given instructions for where to park. Once you arrive to the store, give us a call and we will bring the order out to your vehicle.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every effort to address your concerns. We accept returns on items within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, in most cases. Items must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided by us, and the cost will be deducted from the return amount. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of product(s). At our discretion, some items may be returned for partial, or in-store credit. Special order items, keyed items, and items that ship directly from manufacturers may be issued a 20% re-stocking fee. Custom ordered items, including cut-to-size items, are non-returnable.
We will fully refund (including shipping costs) for any returns that are a result of our error.
