Parade of Homes: Sherwood Custom Homes

Modern Hardware had the pleasure of partnering with Sherwood Custom Homes on a beautiful new custom home for the Fall 2022 Parade of Homes. Below is an overview of their project, alongside photos of the new build.

About Sherwood Custom Homes

Sherwood Custom Homes has been a locally family owned company creating quality custom homes in West Michigan since 2007. Every home they build is built and designed with no wasted space. They utilize their sister-company Houtnerf Cabinet Co. for all of their cabinetry and woodworking needs. Their team always takes pride in the detail and quality of their work.

About the Home

This fully custom home on Gun Lake is designed to entertain family and friends, while making the most of each space, including a billiards area off the living room.

The home features:

– Bunk Room with custom-made bunk beds
– Stamped concrete sidewalk with patio overlooking the lake
– Feature bar area in the kitchen with antique mirror backsplash
